The hotel is spread over a hillside that overlooks the Caribbean sea, into which the infinity pool and jacuzzi seem to melt. The site is surrounded by luxuriant tropical vegetation that is host to a wide range of tropical birds. There are 22 rooms in the main building and bungalows, each with their own private terrace overlooking the sea.
Our Opinion: A great place to sit with a cocktail and watch the sunset.

Le Jardin Malanga
This unique, beautifully renovated 1927 estate house and its 3 spacious guest houses feature lush tropical gardens and breathtaking views of Les Saintes. Its location in the foothills above Trois-Rivieres is perfect for exploring southern Basse-Terre. Le Jardin's amenities include a cascading swimming pool with sensational views, buffet style meals and cocktail bar.
Our Opinion: The views from the pool cannot be done justice by photographs!

Habitation Grande Anse
A hotel/apartment complex hidden away on a hillside and surrounded by lush vegetation, just 300 metres away from the spectacular Grande Anse beach. The rooms are simply furnished, but have a well equipped kitchen, direct dial phone, air-conditioning and private safe. The Bar-Restaurant, Le Papillon, overlooking the pool, offers a selection of cocktails and breakfasts.
Our Opinion: It is a great base for those seeking a quiet property near the sea.

La Cohaba
100 rooms scattered in a tropical garden that overlooks the white sand beach at Folle Anse. Lots of water-sports available and, of course, the opportunity for a little 'pentaque' on the beach. Bicycles, quad bikes, motorbikes and cars are all available to rent if you want to explore the island. You can even explore by oxcart for a more sedate experience. A great escape.
Our Opinion: Our prefered hotel on Marie Galante - a great place to practice French!
