Days 1 to 3 - Port Of Spain
Fly from the UK to Trinidad. Transfer on arrival to your hotel either in downtown Port of Spain or the outskirts of the city in the foothills of the northern mountain range. Your stay here includes a full day city tour of Port of Spain and surrounding area, an afternoon boat trip into the Caroni swamp to see scarlet ibis and a full day north coast drive and wet-hike along the Marianne river.

You will be transferred to the Asa Wright Nature Centre in the beautiful Arima Valley that slices through the Northern Mountain Range. Professional guides are always on hand and included is a tour of the estate plus a visit to the resident oilbird colony.

Transfer to Grande Riviere for a few nights on a beach, which is a favourite of the giant leatherback turtle. Includes a day tour of the Nariva swamp. Boat into the swamp and then proceed on foot for a walking tour of the Bush Bush reserve.

Transfer back to Port of Spain and fly to Tobago where you will be met and driven to Arnos Vale on the Caribbean coast for a few days of rest and relaxation before returning on an overnight flight to the UK.
