Day 1 - San Pedro Sula

Fly from London via Madrid with Iberia to San Pedro Sula and overnight.

Accommodation options: Holiday Inn San Pedro Sula

Days 2 to 4 - Copan

Transfer to Copan. Stay in the cobbled colonial town of Copan Ruinas or at remote Hacienda San Lucas. Guided tour of Copan ruins.

Accommodation options: Marina Copan

Days 5 to 7 - Tela

Transfer by road to the Caribbean coast, with visits to a coffee plantation and Guamilito market en-route. Free days to explore the beaches or visit the Punta Izopo and Punta Sal National Parks.

Days 8 to 10 - Pico Bonito

Transfer by road to San Pedro Sula and take a short flight with Atlantic Airlines or Aerolinas Sosa to La Ceiba. Transfer to lodge in Pico Bonito National Park. Optional white water rafting, guided walks in wildlife reserves and forest trails can all be arranged from the lodge.

Accommodation options: Lodge at Pico Bonito or Omega Jungle Lodge

Days 11 to 15 - Roatan, Bay Islands

Transfer back to La Ceiba and fly to Roatan with Atlantic Airlines or Aerolinas Sosa. Transfer to beachside hotel. Relax, snorkel or swim off the reef. Fly back to San Pedro Sula for the return overnight flight to the UK.
