Iguazu Falls
If you like waterfalls, you have to go to Iguazu! It has bigger volume of water falling than anywhere else in the world and is set in a rich tropical setting. Boat trips and helicopter rides can be arranged and there are numerous walking trails.
Salta
This mountainous region in the Andean foothills is great for scenery, wine and colonial architecture. The area also has excellent walking and horse riding. Salta is the starting point for most of the tours to the rich Calchaqui Valleys and the Humahuaca Canyon, as well as the famous Train to the Clouds.
