The Pantanal is one of the best wildlife watching areas in South America. This trip features an in-depth visit there combined with Iguacu and Rio.
Days 1 to 2 - Chapada dos Guimaraes
Fly from London to Sao Paolo overnight with British Airways and catch your connecting flight to Cuiaba with TAM Brazilian Airlines. A guide is included during the day, to fully explore the national park which is great for walking, waterfalls and birding.

Transfer to Araras Lodge for 3 nights. Days are spent wildlife watching and exploring the Pantanal by road, river and foot. Night safaris and local food is included in the evenings.

Transfer back to Cuiaba. Fly via Sao Paulo to Iguacu with TAM. Enjoy a guided half day tour of the Argentinian side of the falls. You will also have a half day to explore the Brazilian side, visit the Bird Park and experience the Macuco Safari Boat trip under the falls!

Transfer back to the airport today. Fly to Rio with TAM and transfer to your hotel. You will have a full day excursion around the city including Corcovado and Sugarloaf Mountain. Free day for further exploration or time on the beach. Transfer back to airport for return overnight flight to the UK.
