Day 1 - Caracas
Fly from London (or other regional UK airports) to Caracas via Paris with Air France. Transfer to your hotel for the evening.

Your hire car (Toyota Yaris or similar) will be delivered to your hotel. Drive to this quiet Caribbean fishing village with its attractive palm-fringed horseshoe bay. Watch the frigate birds and pelicans flock around the daily catch.

Drive west to the busy coastal resort in the northern end of the Morrocoy National Park. Optional boat excursion to nearby idyllic islands in the Caribbean Sea.

Your scenic drive will take you into the Andes today for an overnight stop in this pleasant town at 2,016 meters above sea level.
