Day 1 - Beijing
Arrive Beijing. The capital of China is a sprawling metropolis, fast developing into a modern city, with wide boulevards and high rise buildings. Home to many famous landmarks, it is the ideal place to explore China's ancient history.

Take a tour today to the heart of Beijing, the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Continue on to the Temple of Heaven Park (World Heritage) and see the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests.

No trip to Beijing is complete without a drive out to the legendary Great Wall of China. Your private tour takes you to the Mutianyu section, 2 hours out of the city. Stop en-route at the Ming Tombs before returning to Beijing.

Fly to the ancient city of Xian, once at the very centre of Imperial China. Rest of day at leisure.

Visit the incredible Terracotta Warrior Museum on a private tour and marvel at this amazing archaeological treasure. Buried for 2000 years, they have, inevitably, been damaged but archaeologists are in the process of painstakingly re-constructing the warriors.
